几何形态以其整齐的构造,明快的线条,简洁的语言,为不同理念的设计师所青睐,成为永不褪色的艺术语言。现代家具设计中几何形态的应用主要经历了萌芽、成长、成熟以及多元化发展4个阶段。家具设计中几何形态的造型方法主要有几何形体的分割、切削、分裂、组合、叠加、扭、曲、挤、接等。
Geometric shapes with their uncluttered structures, lively lines and concise languages are favored by designers with different ideas and become the ever-fixed artistic language. As any other design style, geometric shape furniture has its germination, growth, maturity and diversified development periods. The main construction method of geometric shape in furniture design has geometrical forms as segmenting, cutting, splitting, combining, stacking, twisting, crowding, melting etc.
