On How to Improve the Occupational Decision-making Self-efficacy of Poverty-stricken College Students

Based on empirical analysis,this article points out the difference between poverty-stricken college students and their counterparts in occupational decision-making self efficacy.It gives an analysis of the causes for the difference before putting forth some suggestions and measures to improve the situation.
