摘要
天然林保护工程会减少当地农民和林业工人的收入,产生新的剩余劳动力。结合三峡重庆库区实情分析了影响劳动力转移的因素和特点,提出从营林、混农林业、发展私营和个体经济,发展林产、林化工业、森林旅游业等多渠道转移剩余劳动力。
Natural forest protection will reduce the income of local farmers and forestry work- ers, and increase surplus labours, authors analyze characteristics and factors that affect labour transfor- mation, and propose many approaches of labour transformation snch as afforestation, agroforestry, private and indiviual economy development, forest industry and forest chemiltry industry, ecotour and ect in the light of the real Sitnation of Reservoir area in Chongqing.
