摘要
大面积植树造林绿化国土是跨世纪中国的一大课题。与之相关的一项规模巨大的工程可以命名为“21世纪中国亚马逊工程”。论述了这个工程的必要性、可能性和可行性,认为发展植树造林的“未来产业”将有效地解决劳动力过剩的矛盾,大大缓解“现在产业”市场竞争的压力,促使有序竞争和有效管理体系建立。
Large scale of afforestation is one of the key project, called”the 21^(st)century Pro- ject”, the paper discussed the necessity, possibilities and feasibility. The author thinks that the project will be useful to solve labor surplus.
