摘要
霉菌毒素普遍存在于饲料和饲料原料中,是霉菌在配合饲料及其原料中生长时产生的次生代谢产物。其具有很强的毒害作用,对人体及动物造成多种急性和慢性毒害,对畜牧业生产和人类的食品安全造成重大危害。文章对霉菌毒素产生条件、毒害作用及其防治方法进行综述。
Mycotoxins founds commonly in feed and ingredients, which is the generates secondary metabolites in growth of mold in feed or material s. Its toxic effect is very strong, which cause a variety of human and animal acute and chronic toxicity. Mycotoxins creates a serious risk of livestock production and human food safety. This paper summaried production condition, poisoning effect and control methods.
