摘要
应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对工业氢氧化铍中的杂质元素Fe2O3、Al2O3、MgO、CaO进行同时测定。通过对电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪分析参数的优化,以及对影响分析结果准确度的因素进行校正,方法的准确度得到提高。应用本方法测定工业氢氧化铍中的杂质元素Fe2O3、Al2O3、MgO、CaO,加标回收率为97.90%~104.08%,RSD小于0.5%。
By the method of ICP-AES,the impurities elements of Fe2O3,Al2O3,MgO and CaO in Be(OH)2 are determined simultaneously.By optimizing analysis parameters of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission svectioneter and correcting factors which affect the analysis results,the accuracy is improved.Using the method to determine the impurities elements in Be(OH)2,the recovery rate is 97.9%~104.08%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is smaller than 0.5%.
