摘要
中国急需分步实施、建立适合自身发展的急缺矿产资源战略储备体系,作为其基础的战略储备量的合理确定应先行。文章在分析急缺矿产资源战略储备量常用确定方法的基础上,利用现实可供量与趋势需求量的波动关系构建了急缺矿产资源战略储备量的确定模型,并以精炼铜为例进行了演示,初步确定2008年底中国精炼铜战略储备的合理规模为46.11万t。
The strategic reserve system of lacking mineral resources should be established urgently,and the reasonable reserve deal should be fixed on at the first.After analyzing the existent methods of lacking mineral resources＇ reserve deal,the quantitative simulation of lacking mineral resources＇ reserve deal is made based on relationship between real supply deal and predicted demand deal.Taking refined copper as an example,it is expected that reasonable reserve deal of refined copper in our country would reach 461.1 thousand tons in 2008.
