摘要
针对联合收割机非线性、时变且滞后的复杂系统,本文设计了基于模糊集的脱粒滚筒模糊控制器来改善脱粒质量、减少脱粒损失。文中采用多个可调因子的调整规则对因子α1和α2进行自调整得出了切合实际的模糊控制规则。利用Mat-Lab中的Fuzzy Logic工具箱生成了模糊控制器的系统特性曲面。由曲面分析得,文中提出的模糊控制规则是有效的。
In view of the nonlinear, time variant, lagged and complex system of combine harvester, based on fuzzy sets, this paper designed the fuzzy controller of threshing roller of it to improve the threshing quality and reduce the loss of corn. In this paper, adjustable rules for multi divisor were adopt to fulfill the self-adjustment for divisor α1 and α2, and practical fuzzy control rules was acquired. By using the fuzzy logic toolbox of matlab, author analyzed the system characteristic surfaces of the fuzzy controller, which proved the fuzzy control rules proposed in this paper to be effective.
