摘要
以AT89C52单片机为核心,由信息采集处理系统、自动控制系统组成,通过流量、速度传感器采集的速度、流量计算出实际的单位面积施药量,与设定的施药量相比较,自动控制系统根据比较结果自动调节电动调节阀,从而达到变量喷雾施药的目的。系统能够根据施药机车行走的速度和田间苗情自动变更喷药量,实现变量施药。基于AT89C52单片机的控制系统可以应用于自动变量施药作业,符合当前农业生产的实际情况。
With AT89C52 microeontroller as the core, by the information collection and processing systems, automatic control system, through the flow, speed sensor acquisition speed, flow meter calculates the actual application rate per unit area, and set the application rate per unit area compared to automatic control system automatically adjusted according to results of the comparison electric control valve, variable spray pesticide to achieve the purpose.
