探讨农机手培训所用教学方法;分析农机手现状、社会对农机手的需求情况、传统农机手培训教学方法存在的弊端;在农机培训学校办学条件和农民收入有所改善的情况下,依据有关教育教学理论,以计算机等新技术做为技术支撑,归纳和设计出10种适用于农机手培训的教学方法;本文提出的10种农机手培训所用教学方法可供农机培训学校参考。

There are many drawbacks in teaching methods used at the training of traditional agricultural machinery hands .It is necessary for agricultural vocational school teachers to explore new teaching methods in the case of teaching conditions improved in the training school , the popularity and applications of computers and other new technologies, and highly motivated for farmers to participate in the training.
