摘要 基于车用燃料电池发动机集成开发平台和TCP/IP协议通讯协议,建立一套完整的分布式燃料电池实时测控网络系统。该测控系统针对燃料电池系统须具备氢安全特殊要求,采用了分布式的测控网络,满足了燃料电池系统测试氢安全的要求。同时具备实时数据采集和网页发布、监控的两大优点。该测试平台在保证测试数据实时准确的同时消除了燃料电池系统开发阶段,试验本体对操作人员的安全隐患。同时,实现了网络在线的燃料电池测控方案。 An integrated and distributed real-time fuel cell tracking control network system is established based on fuel cell engine integrated development platform and TCP/IP.The system for the fuel cell system must have the special requirement of hydrogen safety,the tracking control network is adopted,and the requirement of hydrogen safety for fuel cell system is fulfilled.It has the advantage of real-time data collection and webpage publishing and monitoring.The test platform can ensure the data accuracy,and also the development phase of fuel cell system is eliminated,and on-line fuel cell tracking control project is realized.
