分析全球化背景下跨国汽车公司的竞争战略和资源配置方式等发生的重大变革,指出世界汽车产业兼并重组步入一个全新的发展时期。从兼并重组的概念入手,分析全球汽车产业兼并重组的主要动因、发展历程及典型案例,总结发展经验和趋势,提出对中国汽车产业兼并重组的有益借鉴和启示。
Auto multinational corporations have created fabulous innovation in the field of competitive strategy and resource allocation method under the background of globalization.MA of global auto industry enter into a brand new era.This article begins with the conception of MA,then analyzes the critical reasons,development process and typical cases of global auto industry＇s MA to summarize the development experience and trend,lead to putting forward some useful suggestions for MA of Chinese auto industry.
