摘要
由于影响铸件缺陷的因素众多,仅仅依靠目测和经验判定缺陷的类型非常困难,而且经常误判。要提高铸件质量,减少废品,就必须提高缺陷分析技术水平。本文根据缺陷分析技术的应用实践提出了需要思考的一些问题。
It is difficult to judge types of defects by eyes and experience,and often jump to a erroneous judgement because of plenty of factors affecting casting defects.If improving quality and reducing defects of casting,the analysis technology must be improved.This paper pointed out some question to be considered in the application process of analysis technology
