Modeling and simulation analysis of the CA6140's safety and overrunning clutch based on Pro/E

基于Pro/E软件,建立了CA6140车床的三维实体模型,并定义了各零部件之间的装配和运动关系,根据实际情况设定了相关的驱动和传动副,完成了溜板箱中安全超越离合器的运动仿真。真实、清晰、直观的表达了安全超越离合器的工作方式和内部传动关系。

Three-dimensional model of the CA6140 lathe was established based on Pro/E software,and defined the assemb-ling relations between components and movement relationships,and setted driver and transmission according to the actual situa-tion,The simulation of the safety and overrunning clutch in the carriage is completed.The working way and internal transmis-sion relations of the safety overrunning clutch is expressed clearly,truly and diretly by the model simulation.
