摘要
滚动轴承故障是直升机传动系统常见故障之一,对直升机机械振动信号进行时频分析从而检测出是否存在故障是研究的热点。该文提出一种方法,即对提取的传动系统滚动轴承振动信号进行共振解调预处理,再进行拉普拉斯金字塔分解,对相应的分解系数进行重构,然后在频谱中检测是否有冲击能量较大的故障频率,从而判断是否存在故障。对比分析结果表明,相对于傅里叶变换、小波变换,本方法对滚动轴承的内环、外环裂纹故障频率,有更好的检测效果。
Bearing faults were often found in helicopter transmission.Detection of such faults using time-frequency analysis is a focus research topic.This paper presents a new faults detection method based on resonant demodulation and Laplacian pyramid transform.Comparative analysis shows that this new method has better fault detection results than fourier transform method and wavelet transform method for inner ring and outer ring crack faults of rolling bearing.
