摘要
通过对自动装配线上传送装置时间的分配和程序线图的绘制,设计了三气缸驱动的气动系统和传送装置结构。这种传送装置设计能提高生产效率、降低成本,保证装配质量和稳定性。
Through the analysis of distributed of the conveyors time of the automatic assembly line and plotting the program drawing,the pneumatic system driven by the three cylinders and the transmission device structures is designed.Such transfer units can improve the production efficiency and reduce cost,ensure assembly quality and stability.
