摘要
在某产品的生产制造过程中,需将一直径为0.051mm的不锈钢细丝通过火花放焊接在一铁镍合金弹簧片上。要获得良好的焊接效果,细丝的断口形貌尤为重要,锯齿状的断口能提高细丝焊接性能。分析了细丝剪切后的断口形貌及断口对焊接效果的影响,并通过正交试验法找出对切刃口的刃口半径与刃口角的最佳组合。
During the manufacturing of a special product,a 0.051 mm diameter fine stainless steel wire needs to be welded onto a Fe-Ni alloy spring plate by spark-discharge.The fracture appearance of the wire is very crucial to achieve good welding performance which will be greatly improved with dabbing tip.This article analyzes the fracture of the fine wire after trimmed and the influence caused by the fracture to welding performance,the best integration of the blade radius and blade angle of opposite blade are found through orthogonal experiment method.
