摘要
针对金属硬密封阀门硬化工艺进行了说明,重点介绍超音速喷涂硬化工艺;通过在设计、使用中的经验分析了金属密封球阀阀球和阀座表面的硬化工艺和硬度配合,以及硬化工艺中应注意的问题。
The vulcanization of metal-seated ball valves is explained and the introduction of HVOF vulcanization technology is also focused on in the paper.Through the experiences in the design and application,the vulcanization technology and hardness match between the ball and seat surface of the metal-seated ball valves are analyzed and the items which should be paid attention during the vulcanization technology are put forward.
