试析我国体育社团政府管理模式的法律化困境

An Analysis of the Legalization Dilemma of Sports Associations' Government Administration Mode in China

我国体育社团政府管理模式陷入了法律化的困境,主要体现为民间体育社团合法律性不足,官方体育社团合正当性不足,体育社团法律化层次不高。主要原因在于,我国体育社团法制建设滞后于公民的体育结社需求,我国政府对于体育社团的定位偏离了社团的本质属性,管理者淡薄的法治意识阻碍了体育社团管理法律化的实施。
