江苏省专业运动员道德认知水平的调查研究

The Investigation and Research on the Level of Moral Cognition of JiangSu Professional Athletes

为了提高江苏省专业运动员体育道德教育的实效性,利用科尔伯格道德认知发展理论的道德两难情境故事法,对运动员的道德认知水平进行了调查。调查结果表明:绝大部分江苏省专业运动员已脱离前习俗道德水平,分别进入习俗道德水平和后习俗道德水平,且后习俗道德水平总体偏高;运动员的道德认知水平与学历层次、家庭居住地、母亲文化等有关。提出,我们要从加强体校或训练中心的道德教育、重视家庭道德教育、营造良好的社会道德环境等方面来提高江苏省专业运动员道德认知水平。

In order to improve the educational effectiveness of Jiangsu professional athletes＇ sports moral,the story method of dilemma moral situation in the developmental theory of L.Kohberg＇s moral cognition is used in this article.The result of the research has shown that most Jiangsu professional athletes have divorced from the level of the former custom moral and come into the level of conventional moral and after conventional moral;the level of Jiangsu professional athletes＇ moral cognition is related to the level of educational background,the place of their habitation,the cultural level of their mothers etc..Last it proposed that we should improve the level of the moral cognition of Jiangsu professional athletes as the following aspects in this article,strengthing the moral education of the sports school or training center,emphasizing the family＇s moral education,building good social moral environment etc.
