嘉兴发展体育产业的SWOT—PEST模型分析

The Analysis of JiaXing Sport Industry with SWOT-PEST Model

综合运用了问卷调查、SWOT模型分析、PEST分析、数据统计、走访调查等研究方法,对嘉兴市体育产业进行了全面的调查分析。通过对嘉兴市市民体育消费情况发放问卷及与有关专家访谈了解了嘉兴市体育消费及体育产业的发展现状,尝试从政治、经济、社会和技术(自然资源)四个角度对嘉兴发展体育产业的机遇、优势、挑战、劣势四个外部及内部因素进行较为全面的分析,运用SWOT模型对嘉兴市发展体育产业提出了发展型、多元型、扭转型和防御型等战略建议。

The comprehensive use of the questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis,PEST model data analysis and statistical surveys,etc,visits to JiaXing sport industry with a complete diagnosis.Through Issuing questionnaire to JiaXing residents and talking about with experts understand the situation of JiaXing sport consumption and its development.Analyzing the four external and internal factors： opportunities,strengths,weaknesses and threats of JiaXing sport industry totally from the political,economic,social and technical（natural resources）,put forward to the SO,ST,WO,TW strategic proposals with SWOT model.
