摘要
我国经济发展的发动机由外转内,其中尤为重要的是扩大消费需求。消费需求不但拉动经济增长还推动产业结构转型升级。扩大内需关键是要动员居民的即时消费。发展消费经济不只是提高居民消费力,还需要创造和提升消费需求。消费方式的多样化,消费业态的扩展,消费模式的调整,是发展消费经济的主要路径,在消费经济中消费者是主体,但是不等于由消费者自己来发展消费经济。发展消费经济的主体还是生产和服务企业,政府也要有所作为。
The engine of China's economic development shifts to domestic demand,especially to expand consumer demand which will not only stimulate economic growth,but also promote industrial restructuring and upgrading.The key to expand domestic demand is to mobilize the residents of the immediate consumption.Not limiting to enhancing purchasing power of residents,the development of consumer economic should create and boost consumer demand.Diversification of consumption ways,expansion of consumer formats,as well as adjustment of consumption patterns are main paths to develop consumer economy.Consumers are mainstays in the consumer economy,but it does not mean consumers themselves to develop consumer economy.Therefore,production and service enterprises are the main parts in consumer economy,and government should also make a difference.
