摘要
本文从母语教育与国家文化创造力的内在逻辑关系着眼,审读全球母语教育的浩瀚资料,从中提炼出以独立的母语评论来造就现代公民这一精华性主旨;以各国母语评论的标准为参照,以各国高考作文命题、相同教材篇目教学流程作比较透视,反思中国大陆母语教育中独立评论的普遍贫乏甚至缺席,并站在国家文化创造力发展的全球战略高度予以深度警示。
This article with the viewpoint of internal logical relationship between the mother language education and national cultural creativity has a large amount of reading of the global mother language education data,and extracts an essence theme that with independent native language comments create modern citizens;By various countries' native comments standard for reference,and by various countries' college entrance examination composition subjects and the same teaching material contents in the teaching process,makes comparisons and reviews the Chinese mainland's independent comments' generally lack even absent in mother language education,and stands in the global strategic height of development of national cultural creativity to give a depth warning.
