摘要
唐钢第一钢轧厂1 700生产线连铸机浇注RH冶炼低碳钢时存在水口堵塞与液面波动的问题,不但影响铸坯质量,而且连浇炉数较低。通过对吹氩上水口材质及其理化指标的研究,在保证良好透气量的前提下保证了使用寿命;针对上水口不同部位夹杂物的聚集情况,确定了两种吹氩方式;通过吹氩上水口的使用,很好地缓解了液面波动,提高了连浇炉数。
It is introduced the problems in casting RH-smelted low-carbon steel in 1 700 production line of No.1 Steel Rolling Mill of Tang Steel: nozzle blocked up and liquid surface changed,which affected the quality of casting billet and caused casting heats less.With research to substance and physics and chemistry index of it,the utilization life of argon-blowing upper nozzle is guaranteed as well as good permeability;two ways of blowing argon is determined according to different accumulating situation of conclusion at various part of nozzle.By the measures the above problems got solved.
