摘要
分析了影响钢包周转过程中温度变化的各种因素,介绍了邢钢炼钢厂80t钢包加盖的工艺实施成果,钢包加盖降低了转炉钢水出钢温度和过程温降,有很好的节能降耗效果。
It is analyzed the various factors to affect the temperature change of ladle during its turnover transition,introduced the process to cover it.The method lowers tapping temperature of converter and reduces temperature decrease in process.
