45钢矩形连铸坯中心裂纹的分析和控制 被引量:3

摘要 统计分析了[P]、[S]、[Mn]/[S]和钢水过热度等工艺因素对钢厂45钢(0.44%~0.50%)160 mm×200 mm矩形坯中心裂纹的影响。根据分析结果,采用控制[P]≤0.020%、[S]≤0.015%、[Mn]/[S]≥40,钢水过热度≤25℃,拉速1.8m/min时优化二冷水量等工艺措施,使中心裂纹发生率由原来的82.76%降低到22.41%,1级以上中心裂纹发生率由原来的22.41%降低到0.51%。 The effect of [ P], [ S], [ Mn]/[ S] and process factors including superheating degree of liquid on center cracks of 160 mm× 200 mm rectangular billet of 45C Steel (0. 44% - 0. 50% C) has been classified, counted and ana- lyzed. According to analysis results the process measures including controlling [ P] ≤0. 020%, [ S] t0. 015%, [ Mn]/ [ S] ≥40, superheating degree ≤25 ℃, and optimizing secondary cooling water rate with casting speed 1.8 m/rain are adopted, as a result the occurring rate of center cracks decreases from original 82. 76% to 22. 41% and that more than rating 1 decreases from original 22.41% to 0. 51%.
