摘要 通过Gleeble-1500热模拟机研究了终轧变形60%时,终轧温度(840℃和860℃),快冷至不同温度(730~630℃)及保温时间(5~10 s)对DP600热轧双相钢(%:≤0.1C、≤1.5Si、≤1.5Mn、≤0.10Als、≤0.50Cr)铁素体转变的影响。结果表明,延长保温时间,降低终轧温度可明显促进铁素体转变,提高铁素体体积分数;第一段快冷后保温温度从730℃降至630℃,铁素体体积增加约20%,抗拉强度降低约60 MPa。 The effect of finishing temperature ( 840 ℃ and 860 ℃) , quick cooling to different temperature (730 - 630 ℃ ) and holding time (5 - 10 s) on ferrite transformation of DP600 hot-rolled dual-phase steel (% : ≤0. 1C, ≤ 1.5Si, ≤1. 5Mn, ≤0. 10Als, ≤0. 50Cr) with finishing rolling deformation 60% has been studied by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulator. Results show that with increasing holding time and decreasing finishing temperature it is obviously to promote the ferrite transformation and to increase the volume fraction of ferrite in steel; as the holding temperature at first quick cooling drops to 630 ℃ from 730 ℃ , the volume fraction of ferrite in steel increases by about 20% and the tensile strength of steel decreases bv about 60 MPa.
