摘要
本文提出了两种计算球罐脆断失效概率的近似方法。文中首先导出了疲劳扩展情况下的裂纹及其i/2(i是任意正整数)次幂的级数表达式及裂纹i/2次矩的一般计算公式,然后导出了计算应力强度因子K_I的前n次矩及K_(IC)-K_I的前n次中心矩的一般公式,最后分别利用K_I的前四次矩和K_(IC)-K_I的前十次中心矩比较方便地求出了球罐脆断失效概率的近似值,实例表明这两种方法都具有较高的精度以及可以节省大量的计算时间等优点。
This paper presents two approximate methods to assese the brittle fracture failure probability of a spherical tank. The paper first derives the series expressions of the crack and its i/2 ( i is an arbitraypositive integer ) power and general formulas to calculate the moments of the crack and its i/2 power on the fatigue growth occasion.Then the formulas of the first n moments of the stress intensity factor and the first n central moments of KIC-KI are derived. Lastly, the first four moments of KI and the first ten central moments of KIC-KI are respectively used to assese the brittle fracture failure probability of a spherical tank.Examples in the paper prove that these two
methodshave some merits such as accuracy and quickness.
