摘要
应用美国海军用以考核舰船设备抗冲击性能的动态设计分析方法(DDAM),考核舰船甲板设备四联装导弹发射装置的抗冲击性能。通过模态理论分析,导出DDAM方法中的重要概念模态质量。仿真结果表明:四联装导弹发射设备横向冲击位移响应最大,纵向冲击mises应力最大,并超出材料许用应力范围,抗冲击性能不能满足舰船设备抗冲击考核要求;垂向抗冲击性能和纵向抗冲击性能达到舰船设备抗冲击考核要求。
By means of dynamic design analysis method(DDAM) used for examining the resistant shock capability of marine equipment by American navy,the paper examined the resistant shock ability of four-missile launcher in warship above-decks equipment.Through modal theory analysis,it educed the modal mass of important concept in DDAM.The simulation results demonstrated that the max shock response displacement occurs at Z direction and the max mises stress at X direction,and the max mises stress at X direction is greater than yield strength of material,and therefore it can not satisfy the examining demand.The simulation shows that the Z and Y directions are according with the ship anti-shock specification.
