摘要
当前,服务地方经济发展已成为地方高校的紧迫的主要工作任务之一,如何引导教师队伍通过创造性的劳动服务地方经济发展目标,对管理者来说是一挑战。因此教师管理的理念必须从人事管理转向人力资源管理,教师管理的方式必须从刚性转向柔性,教师管理的主要内容必须从管理转向服务教师成长,这就要求教师管理的策略必须大力转变。
At present,to serve local economic development has become one of the main pressing tasks for local colleges and universities.It is a challenge for personnel managers to guide teachers to serve local economic development by means of creative works.Therefore,the concept of teacher management must shift from personnel management to human resources management,the approach of teacher management from the rigid to the flexible,and the content of teacher management from managing teachers to serving teachers.Therefore,great transformation must be carried out in management strategy.
