摘要
目的探讨微创小切口在人工髋关节置换术中的应用。方法选择采用外侧小切口进行人工髋关节置换术的患者56例,对其临床资料做回顾性分析。结果术后3个月随访,Harris髋关节评分平均为92.5分,与术前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。无严重不良反应的发生。结论采用外侧微创小切口进行髋关节置换术,具有创伤小、术后瘢痕少、髋部稳定性好、美观、康复快等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss of the applicationof minimally invasive small incision in artificial hip replacement. Methods Small lateral incision total hip replacement surgery in 56 patients was used, the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results After 3 months follow-up, Harris hip score was 92.5 points ,there was significant difference compared with preoperation （P〈0.01）. No serious adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Lateral incision minimally invasive hip replacement surgery has less trauma and less postoperative scar, hip stability, appearance, rapid recovery, etc., should be widely applied.
