回顾性分析36例慢性肾衰维持性血液透析患者发生低血压的相关因素

目的分析慢性肾衰维持性血液透析患者低血压的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析透析室维持性透析时间超过半年、在本血液透析室2年内透析时间超过18个月的慢性肾衰维持性血液透析患者36例,从导致慢性肾衰的原发疾病、年龄、PTH、贫血、血浆白蛋白等方面分析低血压的原因。结果糖尿病肾病、高龄、超滤量大、继发性甲旁亢的患者发生低血压的比例明显增加。结论导致慢性肾衰的原发病、年龄、超滤量、PTH与低血压的发生有关。

Objective To analysis the Causes and prevention of Chronic renal failure patients with hemodialysis hypotension. Methods 36 patients in our dialysis room in maintenance dialysis for more than half a year, during the hemodialysis unit within 2 years longer than 18 months of chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis in patients with maintenance hemodialysis were analysed retrospectively, from primary diseases leading to chronic renal failure, age, PTH, anaemia, analysis of plasma albumin and other causes of low blood pressure. Results Diabetic Kidney disease, the elderly, UF quantity big, the secondary of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with marked increase in ratio of low blood pressure. Conclusion Cause, age of onset chronic renal failure, ultrafiltration, PTH hypotension-related.
