氦氖激光联合泛昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹疗效观察

目的探讨泛昔洛韦联合氦-氖激光治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法治疗组64例,给予泛昔洛韦0.25mg,3次/d,口服,联合氦-氖激光治疗,每天1次/d,共7d。对照组56例,给予泛昔洛韦0.25mg,3次/d,口服,共7d。结果治疗组治愈28例,显效30例,改善6例,无效0例,总有效率90.7%;对照组治愈13例,显效27例,改善15例,无效1例,总有效率71.4%。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(x2=10.01,P<0.05)。结论泛昔洛韦联合氦-氖激光治疗带状疱疹的疗效迅速,病情恢复良好。

Objective To study the curative effects of famciclovir combined with He-Ne laser for herpes zoster. Methods 120 cases with herpes zoste randomly divided into two groups. Group A （treatment group, n=64） were administered with 0.25mg famciclovir by taken orally 3 times daily combing with Helium-Ne laser once daily, while group B （control group, n=56） only with 0. 25mg famciclovir once daily. The course of treatment was 7 days in both groups. Results In group A,28 cases were healed, 30 cases achieved obvious effect, 6 cases achieved portion effect with a totale fficient rate was 90.7%. In group B, 13 cases were healed, 27 cases achieved obvious effect 15 cases achieved portion effect and 1 cases no effect with a total efficient rate of 71.4%.The difference was obviously between the both groups （x2=10.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Famciclovir combined with He-Ne laser can control the herpes zoster rapidly with good recovery.
