精神科护士心理健康状况调查和改善对策分析

目的调查精神科护士心理健康状况,探讨改善对策。方法 43例精神科护士作为实验组,42例非精神科护士作为对照组,通过SCL-90问卷调查进行分析。结果除强迫症状、敌对、偏执和精神病性外,实验组SCL-90其他各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于精神科护士来说,应通过多方面的配合以及自身调节,逐步增强适应能力和改善心理状态。

Objective To survey the mental health of nurses of psychiatry and explore the solvable measure.Methods 43 cases of nurses of psychiatry as experimental group and 42 cases of nurses of un-psychiatry as control group were surveyed throughout questionnaire of SCL-90. Results The indexes of SCL-90 in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group except depression, hostility, crankiness and psychoreaction. Conclusion For nurses of psychiatry, it should be throughout various association and autoregulation to enhance adaptive capacity and improve psychological states steadily.
