摘要
分析了公路设计、施工和营运阶段对生态环境可能造成的各种负面影响，提出了相应的防护和治理措施。并着重论述了3S技术在公路环保中的作用和意义。
Negative effects of highway design and construction and its operation on eco - environment are analyzed and corresponding prevention and countermeatures are proposed in this paper, finally the function of 3s technology in highway cco -protection is emphasized as well .
