摘要 利用杠杆式四球摩擦磨损试验机,研究以纳米材料作为车辆齿轮油添加剂对摩擦磨损性能的影响。通过极压性和抗磨性的试验,分别在基础油中添加纳米微粒添加剂和纳米减磨自修复添加剂,找出合适的添加比例。通过试验研究两种添加剂最佳的复配比例,并在齿轮油中添加复合添加剂,以确定最佳加入比例。从而提高车辆齿轮油的抗磨及减摩性能,将摩擦和磨损降到最低。 Using the leverage four- ball test machine to research on the influence of the friction and wear properties on nano - materials as additives on the vehicle gear oil, By the test of extreme pressure and wear resistance, adding nano particle additives and self - repairing nano - material additives into the base oil respectively to find the proper proportion, researching the optimal proportion of complex of the two additives by the test, and adding it in the gear oil to determine the optimal addition proportions, so as to increase the friction and wear performance of the gear oil to minimize the friction and wear.
