口服顺尔宁对喘息性支气管炎小儿肺功能的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究口服顺尔宁对喘息性支气管炎小儿肺功能的影响。方法:应用潮气呼吸流速容量环(TBFV环)对患喘息性支气管炎小儿进行服用顺尔宁前后肺功能各项指标进行测定。结果:105例患儿口服顺尔宁前及口服顺尔宁半个月后肺功能各项指标比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),与口服顺尔宁1个月后肺功能各项指标比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。35例患儿服药1个月后自行停药,3个月后再检测肺功能,各项指标较服药1个月后均明显下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余70例3个月后肺功能检测恢复正常,与口服1个月相比,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),停服顺尔宁后喘息未再发作。结论:服用顺尔宁能显著改善喘息性支气管炎小儿肺功能。肺功能检测可为停用顺尔宁提供依据。 Objective:To study the effect of oral administration of Singulair on pulmonary function of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods:The loop of breathing capacity of the velocity was used to detect the indexes of pulmonary function of children with asthmatic bronchitis before and after oral administration of Singulair. Results:There was no significant difference in the indexes of pulmonary function of 105 children with asthmatic bronchitis before oral administration of Singulair and at 15 days after oral administration of Singulair(P0.05);there was significant difference in the indexes of pulmonary function of 105 children with asthmatic bronchitis before oral administration of Singulair and at one month after oral administration of Singulair(P0.05);25 children stopped treatment at one month after oral administration of Singulair,the indexes of pulmonary function at 3 months decreased significantly compared with the indexes at one month(P0.05);the indexes of pulmonary function of the other 70 children returned to normal at 3 months,compared with the indexes at one month,there was significant difference(P0.05);after stopping treatment,wheeze did not attack. Conclusion:Oral administration of Singulair can improve the pulmonary function of children with asthmatic bronchitis significantly;detection of pulmonary function can provide a basis for stopping Singulair.
