摘要
本文研究了热等静压(HIP)处理对K17合金的持久性能和瞬时性能的影响。实验结果表明,热等静压处理后,K17合金的瞬时性能比铸态时有所提高,持久寿命比铸态时显著提高。热等静压处理是改善铸造镍基高温合金性能的一项有力措施。
The experimental results show that the instantaneous properties of
alloy K17, after HIP, are higher than those in the as-east,and the
stress rupture life is remarkably increased. HlP treatment is a forcible measure for improving mechanical properties of cast nickel base super-alloys.
