摘要
目的:通过观察亚低温时大鼠脑水肿及血清s100β蛋白水平的变化,探讨低温持续时间对脑复苏的影响。方法:采用改良的窒息法制备大鼠复苏模型,50只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、常温组和亚低温组。分别于自主循环恢复(ROSC)后1.5h、3h、6h、12h测定血清s100β含量及脑组织含水量。结果:亚低温组脑组织含水量低于常温组,脑组织含水量亚低温6h时为78.91±0.13%,显著低于常温组80.52±0.87%(P<0.05)。亚低温组1.5h、3h时s100β蛋白水平分别为1.98±0.49ng/mL、2.86±1.50ng/mL,较常温组4.36±1.14ng/mL、5.60±1.22ng/mL显著下降(P<0.05);但ROSC后6h、12h时亚低温组和常温组比较s100β蛋白水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:亚低温能明显减轻脑水肿及神经系统损伤,具有良好的脑保护作用,但这种脑保护作用在ROSC6h后有所减弱。
Objective:To study the effects of mild hypothermia on brain edema and expression of s100β in rats,so as to research the effect of mild hypothermia during different time on cerebral resuscitation.Methods:The model of resuscitation was established by modified asphyxiation,50 SD rats were randomly divided into sham-operated group,normal temperature group,and mild hypothermia group.The expression of s100β and the brain water content were measured at the return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) 1.5,3,6 and 12 hours.Results: The brain water content of mild hypothermia group was lower than those of the normal temperature group(P0.05)at ROSC 6 hours.The expression of s100β of mild hypothermia group at ROSC 1.5h,3h were lower than that of the normal temperature group(P0.05).But on the expression of s100β,there were no significance differences between mild hypothermia group and the normal temperature group at ROSC 6 h,12 h.Conclusions: Mild hypothermia can release the brain edema,decrease the damage to the blood brain barrier,and have well protection to the brain.But the effect of protection will reduce after ROSC 6h.
