摘要
高炉煤气是高炉炼铁的副产能源,在钢铁企业的能源结构中起着重要的作用。介绍了高炉炼铁过程中气体分析的重要性,以及基于半导体激光吸收光谱技术的原位实时气体分析系统的技术原理、仪器结构及性能优势。对利用半导体激光吸收光谱技术实现气体浓度和温度同时测量的方法作了简单介绍。
Blast furnace gas is a byproduct of energy,the energy structure in the iron and steel enterprises play an important role.This article describes the important of gas analysis in process of blast furnace and introduced the technical principle,apparatus,structure and performance advantages based on semiconductor laser absorption spectrum of in situ real-time gas analysis system.And use of semiconductor laser technology absorption spectrum of gas concentration and gas temperature measurement method also gives a brief introduction
