SBR处理城镇污水中除磷反应进程研究

摘要 为了获得SBR装置处理城镇污水的最佳除磷效果,对采用不同曝气量时磷的变化进程进行了分析。结果表明,进水搅拌阶段宜在10~30 min,曝气阶段DO运行在0.8~1.5 mg/L之间,DO的降低对吸磷过程有较小的抑制作用,对磷的去除率无影响,反硝化和亚硝酸的累积均未对吸磷过程产生明显影响,除磷效果稳定,可实现降低能耗,有利于改善出水水质;沉淀出水时间不宜超过60 min,磷去除率可达94%以上。 This paper analyzes the change of TP at the different amount of aeration in order to get optimum phosphorus removing effect for the town sewage by SBR.The results indicate that when agitating stage in 10~30 mins,the operation of DO between 0.8~1.5 mg/L at aerating stage,the reduction of DO has small inhibition on phosphorus adsorption and has no effects on the removal of total phosphorus;denitrification and the accumulation of nitrous acid doesn't affect phosphorus adsorption and the removing effects are stable,so low energy consumption can be realized and the quality of effluent can be improved;precipitation time shouldn't excess 60 mins and the removal rate of phosphorus can reach above 94%.
