基于安全价值工程的煤矿安全隐患优先决策方法

Precedent Decision-making of Coal Mine Safety Risks Based on Safety Value Engineering

在分析安全价值工程基本原理的基础上,以某煤矿企业为例,介绍了基于安全价值工程的煤矿安全隐患优先解决决策的过程、方法,对所需解决各种安全隐患进行了排序。结果表明,与传统经验决策法比,该方法更科学,结果更合理。

In order to put the limit input of safety into the most of important part of work,this paper analyzes the basic principles of safety value engineering,taking one coal mine as an example,introduces the precedent decision-making processes and methods of coal mine safety risks disposal based on safety value engineering and sorts every kinds of safety risks to be solved.The results show that compared with the traditional experiences of decision making,this method is more scientific and reasonable.
