气垫带式输送机系列设计及其计算机辅助设计

文章对气带垫式输送机的系列设计进行了简要介绍,并对整个系列设计的计算部分进行了简化。将上千次不同参数组合计算简化为几百次,并拟出了适合各种不同设计参数,如带宽、带速、输送长度、倾角、物料等的组合下,输送机驱动功率的计算式表。从而使整个气垫带式输送机的计算快速、简便,并以实例说明了式表的选用方法及其优点。文章还对系列设计的计算机辅助设计进行了介绍。

There are many main design coefficents in the series design of Aerobelt Conveyors, For the requi site calculation of one horsepower, there is one combination of different coefficients.So, there are thousands kinds of onmbinations for many different coeffi- ients. In this paper, the authors use special methods to simplify thousands times design, calculation, and fitted out a Figure-Table of horsepower calculation which is suitable for various different coefficients combinations, such as width of belt, belt speed, conv-ance length, angle of inclination, materials etc. the Figure-Table makes the design calculation very fast and simple. The CAD for series design is also introduced'in this paper.
