Proof of the First-order Approach for Principal-agent Problems

摘要 指出了Rogerson在证明委托代理问题一阶条件方法有效性时存在的问题,并利用Fritz-John条件,给出了正确的证明. An error in the proof of the validity of first-order approach to principal-agent problems by Rogerson is pointed out,and a correct proof is given with the aid of Fritz-John conditions.
