摘要
驱动圆盘犁是80年代初出现的新型耕地机具。过去对它的研究较少。作者对驱动圆盘部件在水稻土及旱作砂壤土上的翻土覆盖性能及圆盘部件的六分力受力特征进行了试验研究,所得结果可作为驱动圆盘犁设计的依据。
The power disk plow which appeared in the early of 1980's is one of the new types of tillage implement.Only a few of literatures related to the tillage performances of the disk,the power requirements, the resistance of the soil acting on the disk tool and the relations between these factors and design parameters has been published.A great deal of observations and measurments about the turning and covering effects of furrow slice tilled by the power disk on paddy and sandy loam soils are conducted.The six components of the soil resistance acting on the disk surface are measured at the soil bin by using the six component dynamometer, and the results and force characteristics are analysed.All of this information can be used as a basis for the power disk design.
