RP-HPLC法测定鼻炎片中五味子醇甲的含量

Determination of schizandrin in Biyan tablets by RP-HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定鼻炎片中五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法色谱柱为迪马DiamonsiL C18柱(250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(体积比55:45);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为250 nm。结果五味子醇甲在0.08～2.56μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为100.78%,RSD为1.42%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,可用于鼻炎片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of schizandrin in Biyan Tablets by RP-HPLC. Methods HPLC was performed on Diamonsil Ci8 column （250 mm× 4.0 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-H2O（55：45 ） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the ultraviolet detection wavelength was set at 250 nm. Results It showed a good linearity in the range of 0.08 - 2.56 μg（ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery was 100.78 % （RSD = 1.42 % ,n =6）. Conclusion The method is accurate and convenient,and can be used for the quality control of Biyan Tablets.
