介绍了2种氯乙烯合成转化器热水自循环工艺的原理、流程和优缺点,采用热水自循环工艺可节约资金57万元/a,并可充分利用转化工序废热(可用于溴化锂机组、反渗透原水预热、干燥、供暖、聚合热水槽加热及气柜防冻等方面)。
The principle, process flow of two kinds of hot water self-circulation process of vinyl chloride synthesis converters were introduced as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The hot water self-circulation process could save 0.57 million RMB ¥ per year, and could make full use of thc waste heat from conversion procedure ( such as applying it in lithiumbromide unit, preheating raw water for reverse osmosis, drying, heat supply, heating hot water tank for polymerization, antifreezing of gas tank, and etc. ).
