介绍了PVC-SG7型树脂(QS-800F)的开发情况,通过试验确定了引发剂种类、产品转化率、聚合温度及其他工艺条件,产品增塑剂吸收量高于国家标准要求,塑化性能、流变特性、光学性能和加工性能良好。
The development situation of PVC-SG7 resin （QS-800F） was introduced. The process conditions, such as kinds of initiators, conversion rate and polymerization temperature, were obtained through experiments. The adsorption amount of plasticizer of the product was better than that specified in the national standard, and its plasticizing properties, rheological behaviours, optical properties and processing properties were better.
