摘要
采用HCZ 1083糊状钙锌热稳定剂与其他助剂制备医用软质PVC试样,测试其静态热稳定性能和透明性。研究结果表明,与国内外同类产品相比,使用HCZ 1083的PVC试样具有较优的热稳定性、无味性和透明性。产品市场应用检测报告显示,使用HCZ 1083的医用PVC制品满足国家标准要求,产品具有很好的市场前景和社会效益。
Medical soft PVC samples were prepared by using paste Ca/Zn heat stabilizer HCZ 1083 and other additives, and their static heat stability and transparency were analyzed. The research results show that this kind of PVC samples has better heat stability, odourless property and transparency than those of domestic and foreign similar PVC samples. Examination reports of PVC products during practical application showed that this kind of medical PVC requirement of the National Standard, and had bright products adopting HCZ 1083 could meet the market prospects and good social effects.
