低碳视角下两型社会旅游产业发展要素重构——以长株潭城市群为例

On Element-reconstruction of Tourism Industry in Two-oriented Society from the Perspective of Low-carbon Economy——A Case Study of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan

低碳经济是两型社会经济建设和产业结构调整的方向。在资源节约和环境和谐发展的背景下,两型社会的旅游业要实现产业转型,将以低碳技术创新为核心,制度创新为依据,以节能、生态、环保、低排为目标,从意识、技术、资源、品牌上重构两型社会旅游产业发展要素,打造新型产业结构,培养两型社会旅游产业新的增长点和卖点,引领旅游产业乃至其他产业的低碳化和生态化。

Low-carbon economy is the trend of two-oriented society for its economic development and industry adjustment.Under the background of saving-resources and environment-friendly,the tourist industry shall reconstruct its development pattern,with creation of low-carbon technology as the inner core,system creation as the guarantee,and energy-saving,ecology-keeping,environment-protection and lowering emission as the permanent goals.It need to reconstruct the elements and adjust tourism industry structure from ideology,technology,resources and brand.The tourist industry shall restrict its elements,adjust its structure,cultivate new growth points,and improve the whole industry and other industries as well to low carbonization and ecological transition.
